OUR TEAM
Our team includes community leaders, visionaries, health workers and plumbers. The purpose of the team is to bring Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programs to rural communities. The WASH program empowers, transforms and sustains lives. WILL brings living, clean water igniting spiritual, economic and social transformation of rural communities.
Nsekera Keneth- Founder/Executive Director
Ken is a graduate of Social Work and Administration who is a committed, accountable, natural leader trusted by our community and staff. Bringing clean water to communities has always been on his heart since he was a victim of drinking and collecting water from swamps shared by animals like cows and goats. He has a quick wit and easily connects with our community. He coordinates the completion of our goals.
Kanaata Peter- Co-ordinator
Peter has experience in coordinating activities for different organizations. He coordinates activities of WILL with needy communities. He loves his work and he is a great member. Ken and Peter have worked together since the beginning of WILL. He is usually called 'Mzee' because his age has given him much wisdom.
Aleper Evaline- Health
Evaline is a nurse and helps keep details of all our activities. She volunteers with a government clinic. Evaline teaches proper sanitation and hygiene in the communities we impact. She is experienced in facilitating the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programs.
Kasiko Junior-Finance
Kasiko holds a diploma in accounting. He has financial experience in other organizations. For WILL, he helps in developing financial strategies, plans and goals. He is a trusted, committed and faithful team member who always organizes financial reports on time.
Amolo Beatrice-Community Outreach
Beatrice is in the process of becoming a social worker. She has great communication skills and easily connects with community members. Her enthusiasm always leaves a smile on the people she meets. She is always good at sharing the goals of WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) and encouraging others.
Bombo Wilson- Plumber
Bombo is a certified plumber with magnificent skills ranging from drilling, installation and maintenance of water wells/boreholes as well as other sanitation and hygiene equipment. He is always quietly working with a smile. He works hard to achieve WILL's goal of bringing safe, clean water to needy villages, communities and schools in Uganda.
